Kats been harassing me to learn to IM and TEXT message faster. Its all about learning this new millenium language for Texting. Vowels are omitted and words become more phonic. Im catching on quickly.... LOL, ROFL, OMG are all part of my new vocabulary. I even write my own name as JNL just to be "hip". Its days like this I see the gen gap but I refuse to get behind on my tech stuff. I have to keep up with and sprint to stay ahead of my young daughters!
On the way to work this morning I stopped at Jack in the box for breakfast and ordered breakfast. While waiting in line, I was sending a few quick text reminders to family and tasks to staff. I glanced up at the sign board to confirm my order and realized that this new Text language needs language needs a little work. My supreme croissant sandwiches were confirmed and the sign read:
SPRM CROISSANTS
Needless to say, I couldnt look at my breakfast without laughing hysterically... and its still sitting here on my desk.
